Terms & Conditions
The payment terms under which we agree to accept your order are 30 days net of invoice date.
Any discounts allowed will be shown on your invoice, no further discount must be taken.
We do not accept any items returned unless the product is damaged in transit or faulty, under which circumstances you will be offered a full credit or replacement goods.
When reporting faulty, damaged or missing items from your order, we need to be informed no more than 7 days after receipt of your order. Please do not send any goods back to us before notifying us first.
The title of all goods remains with The Bath House until payment is received in full.
