At the Bathhouseshop.co.uk we guarantee to send only the highest quality products. All our products are inspected before your order is dispatched and we pride ourselves in our quality control programme. However, if you have any complaint with any product then please let us know by emailing, telephoning or writing to us. We will replace, free of charge, any item damaged or broken in transit, or any item that is faulty.
However, unfortunately because of health and safety issues, we cannot accept returned body care items (soaps/foam baths/hand creams etc.), unless faulty or damaged. All non body care items can be returned for a replacement or full refund if returned to us within 10 days of despatch. However the cost for sending the goods back is the customers responsibility unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
Substitutes. We do on occasions run out of stock of a certain item. If an item is out of stock then our web site should indicating this if you try to order that item. We may be able to suggest an alternative or substitute for out of stock items, but we will not send a substitute without first informing you by email or telephone.
You have the right to seven days cancellation period, which must be sent to us in writing. We cannot, however, accept a cancellation request if your goods have already been dispatched.
