Can be used as a warm, relaxing compress or cold for a cooling and refreshing compress. Place over the eye area securing with the adjustable headband.
– For a cold compress, place in the fridge or freeze until desired cold temperature achieved. Place over eyes securing with the strap at the back of the head. Lie back and relax.
– For a hot compress, heat in microwave by removing the heat inner bag from the outer pillowcase and putting on full power – 650 Watt, Cat B for 50 seconds or 850 Watt, Cat C for 40 seconds.

Product care – Discard if damaged. Only outer cover to be machine washable at 40ºC.

How to Recycle –

The outer is made with 60% bamboo and 40% cotton, all sourced sustainably, 100% organic and bio-degradable. Place in your household waste when necessary.

Returns – A refund will be offered on all products if returned in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons toiletry products must be returned in their original unopened packaging for us to be able to offer a refund, unless they are faulty.
