How To Use
Open each bottle and place the reeds into the oil. Carefully turn reeds after 5 minutes (taking care not to drip any oil, this primes the reeds so they can draw up the scented oil), then allow 24-36 hours for the fragrance to diffuse. Reeds may be turned every few days to refresh the intensity of the scent. Store the refill bottle in a cool, dark place.
Take care when turning the reeds not to spill, and always keep out of the reach of children or pets. This product is highly flammable, so please keep away from heat sources and naked flames. Further detailed instructions are included within the packaging.

Refill these bottles with our 200ml bottles, then recycle when bottles needs replacing.
Glass bottles, empty and clean before placing in your household recycling.
Aluminium Lids, place in your household recycling.
Reeds, these are non-recyclable, place in normal household waste.
Cardboard Box, place in your household recycling.

We are a British maker, our diffusers are made in Cumbria at our own making rooms in small batches, with a gentle, naturally derived glycerine base infused with artisan fragrances. Ingredients are eco-certified, sustainable and cruelty-free.

Due to shipping and customs restrictions, unfortunately we cannot currently process orders for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, European or international destinations online. Orders can however be placed over the phone by calling our Customer Service team. Please note, due to postage restrictions on products containing alcohol, unfortunately we cannot ship this product to some overseas destinations.
Returns – A refund will be offered on all products if returned in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons toiletry products must be returned in their original unopened packaging for us to be able to offer a refund, unless they are faulty.
