Staff were very helpful and enthusiastic about the products and made personal recommendations from their own experience. I hope my soap on a rope lasts as long as they said theirs had! The shop is a pleasure to browse, with lots of testers and everything tidy and well laid out, and of course it all smells fabulous.

We've been visiting the Lakes for many years and the Bath House is one of our favourite Ambleside shops. Everything from the products to the presentation of the shop to the staff make it a great experience. Really friendly and helpful staff. We came away with a few new products we've never tried before. Now we know about the wonderful online store, we don't have to wait till our next visit to try your great products! One of the great things about shopping at the Bath House too is supporting local businesses, jobs and locally made products.

This was such a beautiful shop. The wonderful fragrances draw you in. Staff were helpful and pleasant. I felt under no obligation but could try as many products as I wanted. I eventually bought some Patchouli & Black Pepper eau de parfum and am contemplating buying the hand lotion too. Both are delightful. I will be revisiting the store. The names of the fragrances and their unique composition are so inspiring and impossible to resist. I thoroughly recommend a visit - you won't be disappointed in the shopping experience or the products.

So lovely. Customer service was 10/10. The products are fab, I've been a fan of Bath House for many years and always plan visits from London to get pretty things for presents.
